Here is a selection of case studies sharing details about the projects we have undertaken to help clients improve the way they do business.

Case Study 1: Prince's Trust Rainforest Project (U.S.A., U.K.)

A small project team based in the U.S. spear-headed an environmental campaign to raise awareness of the importance of the world's rainforests. The campaign was run under the auspice and direction of The Prince's Trust. This was a 9 month campaign, with members of the U.S. team working in New York, Washington D.C., and Seattle WA, to tight deadlines and budgets, and reporting to the project's headquarters in London.

The campaign team was tasked with contacting and engaging with the country's industrial leaders and key influencers to gain support for actively protecting the world's rainforests.

To accomplish this, the U.S. team needed to manage a database of companies and contacts, capture and store key information, and report back to the project's senior management team on a weekly basis.

Initially, a spreadsheet-based system was used to manage the data, with multiple files being shared between team members, and the project leader working many hours to control and collate all of the data for performance assessment and weekly reporting.

Following an assessment of the situations and the problems being faced by the team, we made a recommendation to replace the file-share system with a secure database and account management system that could be accessed from anywhere, online.

The system was designed, built and implemented within the tightest of time scales and enabled the project's managers to better allocate their defined resources.

The online system enabled a the U.S. team to effectively manage their contact base, capture the required data, and to develop, manage, track and report on the relationship-building work they undertook..

It also provided real-time reporting to the U.S. team and to the project's directors in London. The team leader's data reporting burden was reduced to virtually zero, and the secure system enabled the U.S. team to hire three additional agents to help them reach the challenging productivity targets they were set to meet the project's deadline.

This solution was delivered on a 'cloud' platform that gave the client complete control of access levels according to a person's role and responsibilities, enabling the organization's people (all of whom tele-worked) to share information in specific ways while also protecting the integrity and security of the data.

The system was intuitive and user-friendly from the outset, and that enabled the team to quickly adopt it and assimilate its value into their work routines.

This solution enabled the client to deliver the project's objectives on time, and significantly under budget. The project leader afterwards remarked that the system we designed and implemented played an instrumental role in enabling the U.S. team to achieve its targets.

Case Study 2: Mexperience.com (Mexico, U.S.A., U.K.)

Mexperience is an online community focused on living, working and retiring in Mexico. Matt Harrup founded this community in 2002 and continues to be involved with the project today.

This project comprises a comprehensive range of web-based solutions which are interwoven with rich content to create a dynamic online community and e-commerce system. Mexperience is among the world's most visited lifestyle portals, annually attracting ~3m site visitors and managing over 30,000 subscriber accounts.

The systems and solutions delivered on Mexperience have been designed and built from the ground-up; tailored precisely to fit the needs of the business and to serve the growing community of readers and members who flock to Mexperience.com.

Case Study 3: Leading Real Estate Developer (U.S.A., Mexico)

A leading property developer with assets under management in the U.S.A. and Mexico required a tailor-made system to manage its sales operations, customer relationships, owner/member services, as well as a range of corporate administrative tasks across multiple departments.

We were invited to enter the fold to review current practices, analyze the situations, identify needs, prioritize work packages and design, deliver and implement a highly bespoke, private and secure, web-based system that enables the company's employees--who are based across different countries and time zones--to collaborate, work and trade more effectively.

The tailor-made solution we designed for this client, enable them to increase productivity and reduce operational expenditures. The system has transformed the ways in which the client manages its sales prospects and the sales cycle. Sales productivity has been significantly increased through better tracking and reporting of sales prospects, automating non-sales production tasks, and better managing prospect and client interactions. The system has enabled sales people to sell more, and administer less. Accountability of sales leads was a key issue before the new system was implemented and this has also been resolved through detailed activity tracking, and reports generated from real-time data.

Case Study 4: Leading Real Estate Firm (U.S.A., Caribbean)

We were sub-contracted to undertake the 'back office' and technical web site architecture for a leading realty agency project based out of the Caribbean. The client had been struggling with an 'off the shelf' web site package that was simply not measuring-up to expectations.

We undertook a detailed analysis of the client's needs and back-office processes in relation to the client's web presence, and from that work were able to plan, design and manage the implementation of a bespoke system that is crafted to the firm's precise needs.

We worked alongside the principal contractor as well as other third party suppliers (designers, etc.), leading the integration of the various (and sometimes highly complex) technical elements of this web project.

Through a collaborative effort, we delivered the back-office technology that has transformed how the client presents itself online, manages day-to-day sales, and customer-contact operations.
